Position Overview

Are you a smart, outgoing and able leader? We are looking to hire a Leadership Development Candidate to lead a segment of our agency.

Responsibilities

Develop leadership skills in order to lead a team of agents towards our goal.
Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers as needed.
Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
Achieve daily, weekly, monthly and annual targets.
Maintain Minnesota and agency licensure requirements.
Lead with positive optimistic attitude.

Compensation: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
